Refund policy

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for refunds. These items can only be exchanged.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns if stated on the product page.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return form and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
