Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

ZARZA. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, we will assist you where possible in filing a claim with the carrier.
